By accessing the Site, submitting a form, booking a service, purchasing a product, or opting into SMS/text messages, you agree to these Terms.
1) Services and Bookings
Tails of the Wild may offer services including (but not limited to) private tours, educational experiences, special events, lodging reservations, and related products/services (collectively, “Services”).
All bookings are subject to:
• Availability and confirmation
• Posted rules, safety requirements, and participation guidelines
• Any waivers or releases required for entry/participation (if applicable)
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel, reschedule, or modify experiences for safety, weather, operational, or compliance reasons.
2) Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations
Prices and payment terms are displayed at checkout or in the booking flow. By purchasing, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method.
Refund/Cancellation Policy:
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the policy shown at checkout and/or in your booking confirmation. If you have questions, contact us using the information in Section 21.
3) Website Use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to disrupt operations, access restricted areas, scrape content, submit false information, or interfere with the experience of other users. We may suspend or block access for suspected misuse.
4) Safety and Assumption of Risk
Our Services may involve animals, outdoor environments, uneven terrain, weather exposure, and other inherent risks. You agree to follow all posted rules and staff instructions. Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.
5) User Submissions
If you submit information through our forms (name, email, phone, etc.), you confirm it is accurate and you have the authority to provide it.
6) Intellectual Property
All Site content (logos, photos, videos, text, branding, designs, and materials) is owned by Tails of the Wild or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.
8) Disclaimers
The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Site will be error-free.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tails of the Wild and its owners, staff, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Site/Services or violation of these Terms.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms (A2P 10DLC Compliance)
If you opt in to receive text messages from Tails of the Wild, the following SMS terms apply:
11) SMS Program Description
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS/text messages from Tails of the Wild. Messages may include (but are not limited to):
• Booking confirmations and reminders
• Tour/event/lodging updates
• Customer support responses
• Important operational notifications (weather, schedule changes, check-in info)
• Promotions or announcements (only if you opted into marketing)
12) Age Restriction (18+)
Our SMS messaging program is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.
By opting in to receive text messages from Tails of the Wild, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
13) Consent and Opt-In
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the +1 863-563-2598. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. 14) Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your bookings, interactions, and preferences. You may receive additional messages during active scheduling, reminders, or service changes.
15) Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
16) Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and then no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

18) Supported Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
19) Privacy and Data Use

20) No Sharing of Mobile Information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
Information may be shared with service providers solely to help deliver our messages and services (for example, messaging platform providers), and only as permitted by law and our Privacy Policy.
